God the Father is always present within you and when you make a conscious effort to feel Him, your own consciousness is not separate from the Godly Consciousness. The Godly Spiritual and Integral Psychology helps you understand that God is not separate from you, He is not what you imagine He might be, He is not an archetypal image, He is not a religious concept, He is not a judge who’s punishing you, but quite the opposite, He is an alive, psychological and spiritual reality. God is always here and now, He is joyful through you and feels through you. Authentic spiritual traditions teach us that the human being that feels the presence of God is a truly alive being, that he or she has an alive soul. The existing psychology does not try to research the source of our soul, Psyche, but only the source of our personality, a psychological construct through which behavior can be observed and measured. Then depending on the type of your personality, you are tagged and classified in one category or another. This is how we are told to know ourselves and how to tell us apart from the others. The Godly spiritual psychology continues the psychological research towards knowing our own personality through living and discovering the source of our soul or Psyche, source which is God. C.G. Jung introduced the theory and practice of different psychic functions types in psychotherapy, which explain how we understand and perceive our inner world and the outside world, what we pay attention to, how we make decisions and our preferred way of life. The choices we make in our life are according to our convictions, principles and believes. We learn during childhood from our parents, our teachers and educators that our life will be in vain if we do not have children or a profession or if we do not build a house. It is necessary to detach ourselves from this purely material orientation of our convictions which leads and guides our life. We all live and experience the results of this education. We always complain because something is missing, or because of the exterior or because of our own misery. It is important to start thinking about what is truly essential. If we have not yet revealed our Godly essence, the Self, or if we have not consciously contributed to our own process of revealing this essence, than we are not living our life to the fullest and we might probably just waste our life. The Godly spiritual psychology helps you think correctly, it helps you overcome the materialistic and limiting perspective on your life. The true knowledge of the Self, and we mean the Godly eternal essence, the Self, starts with the question: Who am I, really? This is where life truly starts, and we truly live only by continuing to seek and live consciously the source of our own consciousness. That is why it is very important to reflect on the following questions: what did I understand about what God is during my life and during my experiences? Empty your mind of all representations of God. Then ask yourself: how do I feel God? Then again, ask yourself: when and where did I feel God? What answers do you have? Now continue on this path, explore and create your own relationship with God. Then choose to feel God both outside and inside of your own being. Being profoundly relaxed will help a lot. The surrounding Nature can help us become aware and feel that God is present in the outside world. Look at the Sun, that is God’s light. Feel the air that enters your being through your breath. Touch the ground that offers you stability and equilibrium, taste and drink the pure water of a mountain spring which regenerates and nurtures you. Listen to the wind, the rain and the birds’ songs. Remain silent and present in and along all these. For sure you will not be the same after you reflect on all these questions.
