In our days, during the daily activities that occupy us almost all the time, the mind keeps us away from the fundamental questions that we should ask ourselves. Who am I really? Am I the real me who just works day after day, feels emotions, makes decisions, is happy or unhappy or is it just a part of my being? Our mental patterns, our unconscious tendencies make us believe that the Ego is the center of life. But what does this Ego want? And especially what can it do? Is it stable? Or today it wants something, tomorrow it wants something else... and we end up believing that we are the Ego. From the perspective of Godly Spiritual Psychology, our true identity is godly and the true center of our being is the Atman Self which is always present and in the present. Identification with the Atman Self helps us discover our true godly identity.
